    Please find attachedthe *Notice to Members* with the list of
    candidates in alphabetical order for the *SAKHAROV PRIZE FOR FREEDOM
    OF THOUGHT 2013,* proposed by political groups and individual members.

    There are*7 nominations* for the 2013 Sakharov Prize:

    The candidates will be presented at a Joint AFET, DEVE and DROI
    meeting on Monday 16 September 2013at 18:00. A vote for the
    shortlist of three finalists will be held in the three Committees on
    30 September 2013. The Conference of Presidents will announce the
    *winner/s of the 2013 Sakharov Prize* on *10 October 2013*.
