Nu ska högsta hönsen* välja ut en av tre på "kortlistan" (där Snowden är nummer 2):
According to practice, voting proceeds as follows:
1. Round-table discussion with a view to reaching - if possible - a consensus.
2. In the absence of such a consensus, vote on the three nominees.
3. If no nominee obtains an absolute majority, vote on the two nominees who have received the largest number of votes.
The prize will be awarded during the November plenary to the nominee who receives the majority of the votes.
