At 18:00, an hour from now, I'm probably waiting for the meat to cool down.
Then I have all the work with pulling it to shreads, and after that eating it for dinner.
So I'm guessing I have to skip the meeting/beer this time.

Taco spiced pulled pork. :-)

This is the first time I do pulled pork, and I have no idea if taco spiced PP is a good idea.

Oh well, let me know asap if you are coming here, since I need to buy the accessories pretty soon.
