you're welcome to use the new CryptoParty BigBlueButton server (the
privacy policy is still to be done, but it's a Hetzner Cloud server in
Finland run by the CryptoParty Uppsala people):

Right now it is in the smallest useful configuration to save costs.
Depending on how many people attend it might be good to scale it up
temporarily, but that only takes a few minutes of downtime.

If you want to use it for this or any other meeting just let us know how
many people you expect and we'll configure it accordingly.
