Som EU-nörd utan sjukdomsinsikt med svårartad dragning till omöjliga och rådjävulskt jobbiga projekt vill jag härmed launcha ytterligare ett mycket långt skott: att få EP att ge Snowden Sacharovpriset.

Nominations for Sakharov Prize can be made by at least 40 MEPs.

Currently there is less than zero interest in nominating Snowden for the Sakharov Prize in EPP, ALDE and ECR.

Therefore, this project is huge. It's probably impossible to succeed.

To be successful it requires:

1) the first signature to be an EPP MEP and the right EPP MEP
2) the following 10 signatures to be EPP too
3) the following 30 to be a mix of EPP+ALDE+ECR

No S&D, Greens/EFA, GUE/NGL, EFD or NI signatures allowed.
